Sadly also development seems to be stopped completely now. Before that updates were frequent. Now ultra slow, dismisses text input, constant refreshing, sometimes just doesn't load regardless of signal strength or time waiting. Several emails, requests, complaints, ideas, no reply ever. PLEASE add separate options to turn off pull down refresh & all refreshing. Please add "copy link url" to comments page or better yet allow choosing of image functions on comments page in options, I'd like to bypass viewer & have copy link + share link on comments page.<br /><br /><span style="color:red">Tanisha Gates:</span> Why can't I just scroll past a video without it playing automatically? I can't just scroll down my wall without videos popping up and playing. If I hit the back button the video goes away and then comes right back and all I can do is hit the back button continuously and quickly until the app closes. My issues started out with the auto play video problem other people have also talked about. Today, all of the sudden the app crashes as soon as it's open. Not sure why as it was working yesterday. When you press the back button it just forces the autoplay to continue going back and forth. If the videos autoplayed on the same page in their own window like the normal fb app that would be fine. However, in a world where you're an asocial psychopath if you don't use this awful social network, this app almost makes it tolerable. You'll save battery life, receive only the notifications that you want and keep Zuckerberg away from your phone's camera, GPS and mic. What's not to love? Well, the social network, itself. Now all you have to do is untag yourself from posts and remove annoying people from your friend list.<br /><br /><span style="color:red">Joe Lutfi:</span> This app is unusable now. Was working well for a while and even recommend the app to a few people however lately this app has become buggy, especially when it automatically starts playing videos that I haven't selected. It gets to the point where I refresh my news feed or notifications and it keeps trying to play a video over and over until I just close the app down. This dev was usually very prompt with the responses and updates. It looks bad. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I was using Metal Pro, which is BTW a fine FB solution indeed, and then I saw this app and bought it on impulse. Whoa, one of the best decisions ever. This baby is slick, beautiful, feature-packed, and judging from the Store reviews and responses, maintained by a truly capable and active developer. I haven't figured out if notifications for messenger may be received yet. No way with all the changes to FB constantly that an app like this can go this long with no update.<br /><br /><span style="color:red">Richard Missenden:</span> Every time you follow a link to a web page, when you close it your feed is gone and resets back to the top, losing your place. Really annoying. OK so this only happens way down the feed so it's taking up more memory but then it should be swapped out to disk rather than being flushed from RAM. App starts up but stops working a second after. It's as if the app force closes just as it is about to finish loading the page. However, update after update has rendered this once beautiful masterpiece into a bloated, laggy mess. A few weeks ago I started having issues with videos auto playing but I disregarded it thinking it would get fixed. Then I started having an issue where I was constantly seeing a pop-up "success" message which started to make this app even less usable. But again, I disregarded this issue thinking that it would get updated. Last week there must have been an update that now causes the app to crash every time I try to open it. This has been going on for longer than a week which is completely unacceptable for a paid app. I could understand if a developer has abandoned a free app but I paid for this app, I expect to have continued support from the developer. Do not waste your time or money on this unless the devs update and fix these issues. Update: after weeks of no support or contact from developer, I have uninstalled and started using a new Facebook app called "Metal". Evidently, the developer is no longer interested in updating the app. There are several other FB wrapper apps that provide the same functionality (Simple and Friendly are both good choices).<br /><br /><span style="color:red">Raymond G Guerrero Jr:</span> Used to love this app but recently a few things have been happening. Videos on news feeds and profiles play automatically and constantly until you pass them to where they won't play anymore. Aldo sometimes I have to retype my comments or posts or a couple times until it posts what I want it to say. Also lately a page will pop up saying success. After accepting about 125 friend request I got pounded with people who think a accepting a friend request is an invite to send a text message.
