Adam Applebaum: Can't find microphone Worked well until recently and now when I try to record it says cannot find microphone even though my phone has one.

SHAHRIAR NAYON: Can't work I can not connect my wandy livscrive pen 3 .... Plz fixed it .....

A Potgieter: This app shuts off and stop recording at will......looking at all the negative feedback does someone read all these reviews and try to come up with a solution or not?

Rob Damiani: Useless without the ability to auto send notebooks to Evernote like the Livescribe WiFi.

Graeme Moore: The app seems to be quite functional and perform the tasks that it's currently (as of writing) noted as supporting and does those very well, particularly the cursive handwriting recognition (yes, you blew me away with that). No, it's not as feature rich as the iOS app but that's had years of work put into it that Android has to catch up on. My major issue at this stage is around the auto-backup of notes, there appears to be no automatic syncing to a cloud service like Evernote for the Android app and that scares me a little as backup appears to be a fully manual process at this stage. With that issue combined with the occasional 'long time' it often takes to get the app to pair with the pen after power on, I'm giving this 4 stars but I'm looking forward to adjusting that to 5 in the future as the app is improved further. For anyone having issues with initial connection, I've found that closing both the link & + apps (swipe them away), reopen the link app, turn the pen on (it should connect now) then open the livescribe+ app seems to work on the 3 devices I've tried. Furthermore, some android devices need to have the livescribe link and + apps set to not power save as this disconnects the Bluetooth connection regularly. Suffice to say, I suspect a lot of the problems people are experiencing are partially an Android ecosystem problem combined with less development effort being put into Android by the developer than is needed.

Moostakeem Ghoora: Do you even read what your customers are telling you. Horrible app Lack of functionality

Josh Wiseman: No Evernote integration Makes for an expensive pen

Kim L: Does not work on stock Note 4 running 6.0.1.

Alexey Vinokurov: Useless. I had the Sky wifi which worked fabulously with Evernote until the LED went dark. This model is apparently no longer available and I was "upgraded" to the 3. I suspect Livescribe expected everyone to be happy manging notes on their phone or tablet, but for those of us used to the full Evernote integration, this is a poor substitute.

Jamie Forster: Just doesn't work Superficially this is a great product. However, when it comes to the crunch it is really no more useful than simply photocopying notes into a file but less reliable. You certainly would not trust it to store important notes. Product support in Australia is all but non-existent.

Justin Sybrandt: It really needs to sync with evernote The app works okay, it keeps my notes and let's me view them. It's pretty slow though, and I'm on a Nexus 6 so I can't imagine the issue is just my phone. The lagging would be forgivable if it sunk with Evernote automatically (like the iPhone version does) because then I could view my notes on a different device with more power and a bigger screen. But as it stands it is much quicker to find my physical notebook than to get my notes on a digital one.

Shannon Walters: Needs Additional Functionality With apps like IFTTT automating everything, the missing functionality in this app is even more glaring. No automatic integration with OneNote or Evernote, no auto store to Dropbox or similar. Frequent issues connecting to pen. As the pen only works with this app, I've ended up with an expensive Bic. One positive is that it has no trouble converting my very messy cursive into typed text, but there's no way to automate that process or anything with the text after conversion.

Andrew Goss: Missing feature This app is great until you need to take the notes into the wider world. Where is the autosend to Evernote/Onenote that is featured on the iOS counterpart? Seriously let's down anyone wanting to use the livescribe on an android device.

Mike M.: Livescribe MUST merge the two apps for this to work at all. The Livescribe Link app is the only one that actually connects to the pen properly. When you tap the big "switch to Livescribe+" button in Livescribe Link, it immediately disconnects from the pen as you switch apps. Livescribe+ doesn't seem to be able to connect to the pen whatsoever, and since Link and + are separate nothing can be done.

Suzanne Wendelken: Flakey Functions like it was never tested by the developers. Often it will not connect to the pen either through this app or the live scribe link for no apparent reason . I have to restart my phone in order to reconnect with my pen. Additionally sharing documents to a cloud, which is the only way of transferring them to a computer, is an issue. The Interface is kludgy, and there are no connection failed notifications or other such feedback. (For instance when I press share and nothing happens)

Jonathan Visminas: Just not worth it I originally received a Livescribe 3 to test the integration with OneNote, only to find that the integration is Apple only. This makes the product worthless to me, since all of my note taking is stored in OneNote, and all I can do is upload PDFs of my notes to OneNote. I would hang on to the product if I thought Livescribe would add this integration, but given the last claim they were working on it was ten months ago, I doubt it's ever going to happen.

Jean Carré: Hi, I have the Livescribe 3 and wanted to use it primarily with Android. Coming in 2 applications (Livescribe+ and Livescribe Link for android versus iOs) is a very strange. Support for each of the 2 component vary per version of android and platform... meaning Livescribe+ might work but not Livescribe Link, rendering the whole useless. When both works, you will discover that integration with other application is missing, compared to iOs. Otherwise the pen itself is great. Because of that, I would recommend it only to people using Apple phones/tablets.

Mark Lee: Amazing Love the livescribe 3 pro smart pen and app. Use it every day, don't know how I lived with out this before.

Pat Scarborough: Not good Not really usable for recording and saving notes and recordings. Reboot and they all disappear,

Johan Vandenberghe: Latest update is great improvement Since the recent update, the app has been stable as one would expect it.

nady jose villar tavarez: Great Great!!

Kaushik Gopalakrishnan: I received this product for free from a friend who works for LiveScribe. I really like the product, and I have found a new buddy tool for taking notes in physical form. I had some initial Bluetooth pairing issues. Looks like these are previously reported issues that I could resolve using the livescribe help forum. I'm rating the app at 3 stars because of the issues, but I loved the product itself. Also, I'm going to join the bandwagon calling for evernote integration for Android !

Cody Kniffen: Sharing is extremely inconsistent Sharing notebooks out on my 2nsld Gen Moto X is extremely inconsistent. Livescribe technical support suggested uninstalling and reinstalling the application and I lost all of my recording data. I could then share from the application to Evernote but two weeks later that started failing once again. Sharing is completely messed up, I don't even get the pop up to share to any external applications. Pretty irritating.

THANG Man: Always have problem synching (Android) I have trouble keeping the pen synch with the app. Sometime it will memorize what I write and synch with app after connection, and sometime not. This pen and app need to work together beter. I hate the fact that it fail to connect automaticly 50% of the time if not more. Suck. Suck suck. I love the idea when it work, but this product is still not ready for consumer.

Afiz Jabbar: Still waiting for Evernote integration It has now been almost 12 months since the release of the Android version of this app yet the ability to send notes to Evernote has still not been provided. This is very disappointing given that Evernote integration is one of the main selling points of the Livescribe 3 smartpen. The Evernote integration function has been available in iOS version of the app for some time now. Why are Android user's being neglected?

Barnaby Sandeford: I bought the Livescribe 3 pen assuming that the Livescribe website did not falsely advertise its ability to upload your notepads to one drive and evernote via the cloud. However, upon dowloading this app, it turns out that Livescribe has lied to its consumers and falsely advertised its product's abilities. This is wrong, and shameful of the company to not rectify this. I fully expect Livescribe to add in this funcionality as soon as possible. So far, and absolutely terrible app that doesn't do the majority of the functions that are its biggest selling points.

Dan Fletcher: No sharing makes it useless This product is useless. Do not buy it. The app (which is basically the product) is terrible. There are no options to share they show up but "the action is not supported

Ross Waterston: Love it.. Two flaws though so only 3 stars I'm a convert, this is exactly what I was hoping for and more. I have piles of notebooks that are full and now seem to just take up space in case... Horror of horrors I need to find something. No more, my notes are all there, ready and waiting... That brings us to the two near fatal flaws. Firstly the app cannot be configured to use the SD card, a must for this kind of app as over time the amount stored will only increase! Secondly, manual and clunky sharing. Fix these for 5 stars... Still waiting!

Robert Press: Ruined since update. I do not know what they did, but the last update is terrible. It crashes constantly and loses connection with the pen. I have Uninstalled and reinstalled it to no avail. It never was stable or great, but now it is completely worthless.

Benjamin Huseman: Avoid this POS Just don't do it! Save your frustration and your money and avoid this app and associated product. This company needs to go out of business for releasing such a steaming pile of dog crap on consumers. How can you possibly be so bad without putting effort into failing? I don't know, but Livescribe sure does! The app doesn't look like the pictures and lacks the functionality that is promised. Let's get a class action lawsuit together and put these ripoff artists out of business!

Rachael Varga: Great idea in theory, but it keeps rearranging my notes out of sync in multiple variations of the same notebook, and one time I opened the app to find it had deleted half a semester of notes from the notebook which basically rendered this set up as an overpriced pen and notebook. The only reason it is getting two stars is because when it does work, I can search my notes for what I'm looking for, and it can read my chicken scratch. Not worth the price of this pen

Cliff Jessup: Promises so much. Absolutely junk If this were a door to door salesmen making such promises the townsfolk would have been marching him out of town in mass. I watched all the youtube videos they put up about syncing notebooks with one note and evernote Nope. I write in a notebook and suddenly there are three or four versions in my app. Connection is spotty. App crashes. Not just a waste of money but an utter rip off.
